Whether you’re looking to relax your muscles after a swim or simply want to enjoy a peaceful moment, our jacuzzi is the perfect riverside retreat.
No visit is complete without sampling our delightful range of snacks.
Conveniently served at poolside, our snacks are perfect for a quick refuel or a leisurely bite in between your swimming and relaxation sessions.
Join us at Cascades Leisure Club swimming pool in Newby Bridge, where every visit is a splash of joy and relaxation.
An indoor heated swimming pool, Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Elemis spa, well equipped and air conditioned gymnasium, fitness and dance studio, squash and tennis court.
The spacious, air conditioned gymnasium is equipped with the latest resistance and “cross training” cardiovascular exercise facilities.
Guests of the Whitewater Hotel receive complementary membership of Cascades during their stay at the hotel.
Please note: Whilst most of the facilities are available with temporary or club membership, there are charges for spa treatments and certain facilities.
For regular visitors, memberships are available to suit the client’s requirements, corporate membership is also available.
