With a choice of rooms and the exterior gazebo all licensed for the performance of a civil ceremony, the hotel nestles on the picturesque banks of the River Leven which flows one mile from the southern most point of Windermere on to the sea. The views of the river provide stunning photographic opportunities.
The building is steeped in history and has matured into a superb hotel with 38 luxury bed rooms. Cascades Spa and Leisure Club is also great for pre ceremony treatments. Barbecues or private dining can be arranged on the ample terraces or our glass dining annexe prior to your big day.
The Hotel has a superb reputation for banqueting. Our award winning chefs are particularly experienced in Wedding banquets and take great pleasure in overseeing a successful event.
Wedding Breakfasts can be arranged for up to 80 guests and 90 for evening receptions. The menus are all created with the finest local produce. Drink packages can also be arranged.
Your evening reception could take place in either the Dolly Blue Function Suite or the elegant Riverside Restaurant. If you wish we can help you in providing any entertainment you may require for the evening reception.
