Cascades Health and Fitness Club has the finest facilities in the Lake District. Now you can enjoy all the benefits of full membership of Cascades to suit your lifestyle. Membership entitles you to use the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa pool, gymnasium. We also offer special swim only rates for those not wishing to use all of the facilities available in cascades.

Opening Times:
Monday to Friday: 07.00 – 21.30 (Last Entry 20:45)
Saturday: 07.30 – 20.30 (Last Entry 19:45)
Sunday: 07.30 – 19.30 (Last Entry 18:45)
Use of the squash court is free to all members EXCEPT those on a swim only membership. All members will be given a 10% discount on all treatments at the cascades Spa, as well as 10% discount off food and drink at the hotel. Other member benefits will be offered throughout the year.
All members are permitted to bring a guest for free entry. Guest free entry limited to one visit only per annum.
Trial membership packages are available for all new members.
