Cascades Leisure Club is no ordinary Hotel Leisure Club; it boasts a vast range of services and amenities to those who wish to relax, exercise and benefit from a comprehensive range of sports and recreational facilities.

To complete your enjoyment during your stay at the Whitewater Hotel, Cascades Health and Fitness centre provides a comprehensive range of facilities and services to enable you to relax and invigorate your regimen.

NEW! Classes – feel fit and fabulous this summer season and enjoy a variety of classes at the Cascades Leisure Club. Pilates for example, uses controlled movement and breathing to build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the arms, legs, abs, hips and back, Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises, check the latest timetable for classes here. Facilities include: An indoor heated swimming pool, Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Elemis spa, well equipped and air conditioned gymnasium, fitness and dance studio, squash and tennis court. The spacious, air conditioned gymnasium is equipped with the latest resistance and “cross training” cardiovascular exercise facilities. The friendly, qualified instructor can give a full fitness assessment and create your own personalised and balanced training programme.

Guests of the Whitewater Hotel receive complementary membership of Cascades during their stay at the hotel. Please note: Whilst most of the facilities are available with temporary or club membership, there are charges for spa treatments and certain facilities.

For regular visitors, memberships are available to suit the client’s requirements, corporate membership is also available.
