Our Guided SUP Tours depart every Thursday from the Windermere Canoe Kayak Boathouse at Ferry Nab, Bowness On Windermere at 10am or 2.30pm. Ghyll Scrambling at Mere Mountains

Ghyll is the Cumbrian word for high mountain streams. Ghyll Scrambling is a great way to experience the Lakeland scenery in a spectacular mountain beck: traverse deep pools, climb waterfalls, swim and jump in. This is a wet activity and lots of fun! Water levels affect this activity and the activity is adjusted accordingly.
The Ghyll is set in the beautiful Langdale Valley, giving you amazing panoramic views along the way. This activity is great for friends, families, couples and individuals wanting a fun and adventurous day out in the Lakes.
This activity is suitable from age 8 upwards and does not require a lot of fitness and strength. If you have children of a younger age just contact us and we can arrange a private session. More info
