We welcome all guests with disabilities & additional needs to The Whitewater Hotel, however due to the age of the building, there are some physical limitations to accessibility.
We request that any persons wishing to stay with us inform us of any additional needs or requirements.
Our reservations team know the building well, so should be able to advise on which would be the most suitable room for your stay.
The Reception desk and Lounge bar is on one level, accessed from the front of the building. We offer luggage assistance, and you may leave luggage in your car or in reception if needed.
Most of our bedrooms within the hotel building are accessed via stairs, there is a lift but this is down a flight of stairs. We have two rooms on the ground floor one of which has a wet room, this rooms can accomodate up to 3 guests. From these rooms you can access the Riverside Restaurant and Dolly Blue Bar via the lift right near the rooms.
We have one disabled toilet in the reception area.
There are smoke detectors, alarms & emergency lighting throughout the hotel.
We are happy to cater for allergies and specific food tolerances. Please note we cannot guarantee for trace elements as our kitchen handles all types of food.
Assistance Dogs are welcome in all areas of the Hotel.
