Christmas sparkle

Following a wedding at a local church Adam and Eve wanted a dream like festive treat of a wedding. They were able to book the hotel for a mid week wedding breakfast during the school Christmas holiday. This meant their guests not only were able to stay for 1 night but also got a very good discount. We dressed the tables with ivory and gold linen hurricane lamps, candles, apples, nuts and berries. The guests entered the restaurant lit only by candles and thousands of mini twinkling fairy lights. Following the meal the guests were entertained by a Frank Sinatra tribute followed by a disco.

The guests paid £49.50 each for bed and full Lakeland breakfast- reduced rate for off peak date

The bride and groom paid 60 adults at £42.50 to include an up-grade from sparkling wine to house champagne

For small groups from 6 to 20 we can offer:

Just add in a £250 ceremony charge for room hire and our licence.

Following the service you can have light snacks with a bottle or two of Champagne or afternoon tea then join up later for Dinner in the Riverside Restaurant

In addition to these weddings we have recently held the ceremony or just the wedding breakfast for up to 120 guests and had drinks out on the terrace with the bridal party moving on for a party at night elsewhere.

These are intended to be helpful examples we will quote you for exactly what you would like.
