Dining at the Whitewater

At the heart of the hotel you will find our Restaurant, we aim to introduce you to local produce through our Menus. 

As you dine you may catch a glimpse of some of this unique building’s special features. The Belt Stretcher in particular is very conveniently found just outside the Restaurant.

 Renowned Cumbrian Suppliers provide us with their best produce: Fellbred Meats, Free range & organic meat & poultry, organic milk & cheeses from Sizergh. 

We would like you to enjoy the red meats cooked pink to fully appreciate their flavour, however we are happy to cook to your personal taste. 

Healthy options are available; if you would like a dish very plain, without sauces or stuffing just ask! We can prepare low carbohydrate or low calorie meals and we understand the need for some dishes to be prepared without gluten or dairy produce.
