Our award winning chefs are particularly experienced in Wedding
banquets and take great pleasure in overseeing a hugely successful
event. In this brochure we offer menu suggestions for formal dining
and fork buffet menus for up to 100 guests and evening finger buffets
for up to 150, all created using the finest local produce. There are also
specially created drinks packages for your ease of selection.
You are also invited to discuss any specific requirements with your
wedding co-ordinator who will endeavour to fulfill your wishes.
They will be in attendance throughout to ensure the wedding
breakfast goes efficiently and smoothly.
They will also act as toastmaster, at no extra cost,
should you require this service.
Traditionally at the end of the meal the Champagne will be poured,
the speeches will be announced and the toasts will be made.
The dream cake will be cut by the happy couple giving the perfect
photo opportunity. We will then serve the wedding cake with coffee
to be enjoyed by all.
