The place to get fit

The newly refurbished, ozone-purified, heated, swimming pool is at the heart of Cascades. You can enjoy a swim and then relax with refreshments at the tables around the pool.

For more of an energy burn, there are championship squash courts, all-weather tennis courts and, to get you ready for the next round, a putting course and driving nets. If you wish to explore the surrounding area and stay fit then there are mountain bikes available for hire.

On the first floor of Cascades there is a spacious dance and exercise studio. Exercise classes available include step aerobics, yoga and relaxation. The spacious, air conditioned gymnasium is equipped with the latest resistance and “cross training” cardiovascular exercise facilities. The friendly, qualified instructor can give a full fitness assessment and create your own personalised and balanced training programme.
