At the heart of our hotel you will find the Riverside restaurant. Our restaurant team will make your dining an experience to remember.
The menus change frequently, in keeping with the seasons. From light Summer dishes to robust meat and game offerings throughout the Autumn and Winter months. The cuisine represents the best of modern British cookery with both classic and sadly forgotten dishes brought back to life with a fresh and modern approach making the most of the wonderful produce that Cumbria and the North West has to offer. Fixed price menus (from £25) as well as the “a la carte” menu are available at all times.
There is also a mezzanine bar/lounge to serve morning coffee, afternoon teas and general drinks and wine from our specially selected wine list.
The restaurant is open for dinner every day. Our Sunday Lunch is a favourite in the area and different menus are often offered at those special times of the year like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s evening.
Our “Dolly Blue” bar is a favourite meeting place. This stylish, modern bar also offers a comprehensive snack menu.
