It is hard to believe, but the beautiful Lakeland Village can be found a mere 20 minutes drive from the M6 Motorway. Take junction 36 and follow the A590 to Barrow. Just through Newby Bridge there is a stretch of dual carriageway which ends with a sharp bend to the left. A few hundred yards along the straight that follows, the Whitewater Hotel and Lakeland Village is the turning on the right.
